Slow down the playback speed. How to change the playback speed
Go to the second half of the video, where you can see people's feet from behind.
If you are stuck on one step in the teaching part of the video--where the teacher is facing you--turn your back to the computer and look over your shoulder.
The Yeminite step is very common and hard to recognize for beginners. See practice videos as the bottom of the page for help.

How to do the Yeminite step
You can do smaller steps than what's shown here. It's a little exaggerated to make the demonstration clearer. Pay attention to the part of the video where the dancer shows the sideways view. As he explains, the purpose of moving your foot back on the second beat is to make some space for the other foot to cross on the third beat.
Learn to recognize the Yeminite step
There are some great examples here of what Yeminites look like in a dance. View from across the circle at 3:04 in the timeline.
View from behind the circle at 3:46 in the timeline. Slow down the playback speed if the step is too fast for you to follow.
